HISTORY

Agnes M. Lindsay was born in Roxbury, Massachusetts on August 11, 1870 (Agnes Morton Snow).  She was married to Edwin P. Lindsay, who predeceased her in May 1925.  They owned a summer home located at the Uplands, Whittemore Point on Newfound lake in Bridgewater, New Hampshire that they referred to as "the farm."    

​Mrs. Lindsay passed away on Feruary 16, 1937.

As stipulated in her Will, a Trust was established in 1939: The Agnes M. Lindsay Trust. 

 

Mrs. Lindsay left a great legacy and over the years this Trust has made a significant impact on many needy organizations and individuals providing millions of dollars in grants.
